On Thursday, Acting Health and Human Services Director Eric Hargan announced a new office within the administration’s civil rights division. Holly Fernandez Lynch, an attorney and bioethicist and an assistant professor of medical ethics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, weighs in.
